The second bedroom includes a full bed and twin bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and a private balcony. The main level bedroom offers a full and twin bed and there is another full bathroom on the main level that has a stand-up shower. Enjoy ocean breezes and coastal decor, peaks for the bay, and tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a playful, beachy vibe this home has is light and airy with large windows to let in the cool, gentle Pacific coast breeze in.
Besides the 3 amazing decks, you will have all the amenities to call this place home including a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, tile flooring, high ceilings, skylights, and a single-car garage (compact automobiles only). Cancellation Policy
Short-term bookings less than 30 days - 50% of the total would be required to reserve the property and the remaining 50%, as well as the security deposit, would be required 60 days prior to the date of check-in. A full refund is only provided if cancellation is made in writing prior to 60 days of check-in. Any cancellation requests within 30 days of check-in may be transferred to other dates if approved, this is based on availability and rate changes may apply. *Please refer to the contract

In the event of hurricane or storm, no refunds will be given unless:
▪ The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area".
▪ A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” of
residence.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” refunds will occur as follows:
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay,
coming in only after the Hurricane Warning has been lifted.
▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning period.
Deposit Policy
If a security deposit is required, then it is NOT applied toward rental payment and is fully refundable within twenty-one (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
If Accidental Damage Protection was purchased, then only claims that are specifically referred to and payable by the Accidental Damage Protection plan will be covered at no additional charge to the guest provided the following provisions are met. Anything outside of this may result in fees, which will be automatically charged.
▪ No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
▪ No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
▪ All debris, rubbish, and trash must be placed in appropriate trash bins outside of the property. Soiled dishes must be cleaned and placed in dish rack and/or cabinets. Dishwasher must be loaded and started on the date of check-out.
▪ All keys are returned to lock box and unit is left locked.
▪ All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
▪ No linens or towels are lost or damaged. We request that all dirty towels be placed on floor in the bathroom.
▪ Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved with written consent. Fees are applicable for early check-in as well as late check-out.
▪ The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

Nice location, bike friendly for our fam. I didn't like that it was advertised as "Entire Townhouse," but it was not. The ground floor is a different rental. Unit is outdated, but it is priced accordingly. We did like that it had a parking space, albeit very, very tiny (compact size).

Can’t beat the location! Very close to everything you want to do in the Mission Beach area. We had 4 teenagers with us and they loved to be able to walk across to the ocean and back very quickly. There were beach towels and beach chairs which was great for being able to hit the ocean side as soon as we arrived. The pillows were not comfortable so we actually bought new ones and had them delivered from target after our first night. Also, the layout is definitely a little funky and there isn’t the greatest privacy for all the rooms and bathrooms but luckily we wanted to be outside most of the time!

The location is perfect if you love the beach. Walk east 1 minute and you are on the bay and walk west 1 minute and you are on the Pacific. Less than 10 miles to major attractions.
The house provided coffee and filters, dishwashing and laundry detergent. There is a garage for compact cars. In the garage there were boogie boards. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. We would definitely stay there again if going to San Diego.

This place has it all. 2 minutes from the beach and or Bay. Clean house with everything you would need. Great breakfast burritos 10 min walk from the house. All the decks have amazing views. Till July 4th you can see the sea world fireworks every night. Amazing place!

Had such a great time visiting San Diego! The house was in a perfect location, beach in one direction and bay in the other. House was clean, big, and very beachy! Short walking distance to restaurants and Belmont Park. The decks are perfect for sunset cocktails! Management company was great to work with as well.
