You can’t get a better location than this. You are literally a block from the ocean and a block from the bay. It’s a five minute walk to rent kayaks and paddle boards. It’s a 10 minute walk to Belmont Park.
The apartment is wonderful and has a patio and BBQ. We ate out on the patio every night. Inside you have one bedroom and a couch that turns into a bed. It was just my son and myself so it worked out perfectly.
You even have access to a kayak, surfboard and boogie boards in the garage.
There is a shared full sized washer and dryer in the garage as well.
Best part is you have a parking spot off the road as it gets busy down there during the summer.
Cannot say enough about this place and plan to be back soon.

The arrival process was easy and the property was as described. My two teenage granddaughters were over the moon with the location only steps from the beach. We planned on visiting other places of interest in San Diego but the girls never wanted to leave the area because there was so much to do right there.

I got this Airbnb for my parents and sister who were coming to visit me in San Diego and they had a great stay! The location in MB was great and the home was exactly as described/shown in pictures. The place had great natural lighting, the shared patio/grill were awesome for cookouts, and the hosts were very responsive. Overall great stay, the only downside is if there’s people in the upstairs unit you can hear the movement/footsteps. Other than that would definitely recommend!

This was the best value for the location! We were able to easily access the beach and bay. There is a bike path that we took from here down to Ocean Beach. Recommend trying the peanut butter shot at the OB Noodle House. It was a short drive to La Jolla Cove with the sea lions. There is no AC but the windows had blocks so you could sleep comfortably at night with the windows open, fans on and feel safe. The BBQ grill was a fantastic amenity to cook some quick and easy meals. There are also plenty of restaurants if you prefer to go out to eat. I recommend The Fish Shop! The wifi worked great for both me and my fiancé to work remotely and take multiple video calls. The washer/dryer was another excellent amenity. So nice to leave a place with fresh clean clothes. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

my stay here was great! the location is perfect. it's about a minute walk to either the beach or bay side. it has a parking spot on site which is very helpful. communication was great. I emailed them with a few questions and they made sure to get back to me. a woman made time to call me and go over the questions I had with her. I wish I remembered her name because she was very helpful and made me feel better about staying there! while I was there I texted them also and they responded right away. the inside is nice and simple yet cozy. overall we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it!

Very low quality BnB experience. The towels were very cheap and thin. The upstairs neighbors were very loud. When the upstairs neighbor takes the dog outside the upstairs porch light shines into the bedroom to wake you up at 4am. The street noise is very loud, they could use some better window insulation. Property was listed as having essentials/soap, but did not have any bath soap at all. The property management team recommended I use hand soap with a text message showing a photo of hand soap instead of figuring out how to provide soap to me. They also followed up with an unsolicited phone call to convince me that essentials/soap was not inclusive of bath soap. They then asked me if I want to leave the property which is pretty scary. For around $500 a night with all the fee's I wouldn't expect this to be so low quality, and also for the property management company to make such a big deal over just providing shower soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Condo was clean, furniture comfortable, location great. Parking spot is a real asset as Mission blvd is busy and not easy to find spot.
Was only there 3 days so didn’t use laundry facility.

Location was amazing. The living room had a lot of space. It was enough room for my partner and I to work out of for 6 months. Having the laundry and garage was nice too.
Everything was great about our stay except the property management company. They made me sign a contract outside of the platform, which I’m fine with. A business owner has the right to protect themselves. It was once they wanted to break the contract for their benefit that I had an issue.
There was no gas heat so we had to use a space heater. Once we started using that, I was notified that the electric bill was high and that I would be responsible for overages. I checked the contract and there was no clause stating that to be true. There was actually a clause stating the opposite: “Owner pays for all utilities except movie orders and telephone charges” (out of date much?)
They insisted that I pay and disputed through Airbnb. Once I showed them the contract, Airbnb sided with me. The property manager came to the place and saw we had electric bikes in the garage. I got an email saying our bikes were the cause for the overages and that I needed to pay $50 per month for them. The fact that absolutely no research was done on electric bikes and what they cost to charge was absurd to me.
I was able to do research for a few minutes and send them the (overestimated) cost to charge our bikes. It was $1.12/m. Just little lower than $50. They finally let it go but told me that I had the wrong interpretation of the contract. Airbnb seemed to have the same interpretation as me.
The only reason the electricity was high was because we were tying not to freeze. It gets cold at night in the winters and the bottom floor doesn’t get much sunlight. It can stay cold in the house even during the day. Overall we had a good stay but the management company left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great stay! We travel to San Diego 2-3 a year and this has been the most spacious stay. We were in a great area. I was a bit nervous because the one review was not the best but I was pleasantly surprised. One thing I would say is that it does run a bit warm due to it not having AC. I wish there were more fans other than that I highly recommend

this rental is in a great location between the bay and the ocean. our only issue was there is no A/C (fans were provided), and it is noisy since it is next to a main road.

We had a great time. The house is very simple, nothing fancy but it was clean, and looks just like the photos. Great location! We rented beach cruisers for the week, and walked or rode bikes everywhere. The courtyard was awesome to be able to sit outside, and having that outdoor space made the house feel less small. We had a blast.

We planned a VERY LAST MINUTE trip and Sarah made it all happen! She was responsive and made some quick arrangements for our family that could not have been better if we had planned it. The location was excellent - a very short walk to the ocean waves where our 3 children had a blast! The accommodations were clean and was a perfect fit for our family. The maintenance man was also very nice and professional when he stopped by - just to see if everything was okay. You won't be able to beat the price and location - so what are you waiting for? - Go ahead and book! We will definitely be contacting Sarah for future stays in San Diego. Thanks Sarah! We spent a lovely month there and would go back again! There's is traffic noise that dies down early so it doesn't disturb sleep. The full size bed was snug but comfy.

Has one bed, a fold out couch and a sleeping pad, so you could sleep 6, but not all in beds. It has a kitchen and a grill so you can cook if you want. It's close to the beach and about a half mile from the coaster, restaurants and shops. It was very easy to check in and check out. No problems encountered at all. Very easy rental.

I already live in San Diego but I thought it would be nice to do a staycation. My Husband And I And 2 Little Kids Stayed Here And Had SUCH A Great Time. We were able to relax on the patio as well as just walk a few house down to the bay or the beach. Plus you are close to yummy restaurants and night life. Can't beat a location like this for the price. I will definitely be coming back! !
