If yes, then this place is perfect as it is walking distance from all the bars, restaurants, and shopping Mission Beach has to offer. You can check out the Mission Bay Aquatic Center for all your watersports needs. Equipment rentals such as bikes, boards, and kayaks are right around the corner. Of course, you can always just enjoy the house after a full day at the beach, grill or dine in or maybe just sit back and relax with a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the large patio. Amenities like onsite laundry, parking, and large patio with bbq make this property hard to beat!
This property is just within a few steps of the beach and bay in either direction. It offers beach living at an affordable price and you just can't beat the location! If you do decide to explore away from the beach, this property is centrally located. You are a quick drive from most attractions in San Diego like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, and Downtown.
Note: If you are looking to book with other friends and/or family, the downstairs unit can be rented too. Both units can house a total of 10 guests.
*Please note property has age restrictions for traveling singles due to near buy properties and being a duplex for respect of the neighbors and other travelers and to avoid issues. Do not book if you have not read & understood restrictions. Guest list & ID required, w/ signed contract!
This property is centrally located and even if you are just coming to enjoy your time by the water, you virtually have access to all that San Diego has to offer including attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, and Downtown. This property is located just off the 5 highway too, which means you can easily head up to North County to enjoy places like LEGOLAND, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, and the Flower Fields!

In the event of hurricane or storm, no refunds will be given unless:
▪ The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area".
▪ A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” of
residence.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” refunds will occur as follows:
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay,
coming in only after the Hurricane Warning has been lifted.
▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning period.
If a security deposit is required, then it is NOT applied toward rental payment and is fully refundable within twenty-one (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
If Accidental Damage Protection was purchased, then only claims that are specifically referred to and payable by the Accidental Damage Protection plan will be covered at no additional charge to the guest provided the following provisions are met. Anything outside of this may result in fees, which will be automatically charged.
▪ No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
▪ No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
▪ All debris, rubbish, and trash must be placed in appropriate trash bins outside of the property. Soiled dishes must be cleaned and placed in dish rack and/or cabinets. Dishwasher must be loaded and started on the date of check-out.
▪ All keys are returned to lock box and unit is left locked.
▪ All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
▪ No linens or towels are lost or damaged. We request that all dirty towels be placed on floor in the bathroom.
▪ Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved with written consent. Fees are applicable for early check-in as well as late check-out.
▪ The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

Great location and mostly good for a family. There was quite a bit of sirens/police activity up and down Mission Blvd, so that's tough for light sleepers. Windows have to be open because there's no A/C, so street noise is a thing. We had a blast - there are so many fun things to do within easy driving distance, and the apartment has enough cooking capability and comfortable living space to make a longer stay enjoyable. But beware of street parking: this property has a designated spot, but it is not in a garage. Though locked, our car was broken into overnight and several things were stolen.

Location was perfect for us: right next to the beach and near plenty of restaurants. Lots of space in condo and room for our family of five to spread out. All basic necessities were provided and check-in was super easy!

Great location - you can see the beach from the property and you have the bay on the other side. Be aware that mission beach is busy, so you are in an area with more noise. No AC but fans did the job with windows open. We were out most of the time. We enjoyed the patio while having some meals outside.

There were only 2 small concerns we had when visiting the location. There was a very great odor of a wet dog smell. We opened the windows and doors, replaced the sheet covers on the couches and bought out all of the fans the apartment provided to clear the air. The second thing is that the location could become quite hot especially now with the climate variation. We brought our own mini-AC unit. The mobile fans provided in the apartment worked wonders as the ceiling fan speeds weren't very fast at all. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT. The unit was very spacious. We received a complimentary surprise! The unit had everything we needed for cooking family dinners. There were 2 beach chairs and plenty of towels. The location was amazing. The beach and bay were steps away from one another. There are plenty of small shops, and food places in the area. I enjoyed every moment. I ended up meeting Justin the property manager and he was very nice as well. I would 100% recommend this stay. Thank you for making our stay feel like home!

The location of this property was INCREDIBLE - one block from the beach and one block from the bay. Additionally, you are in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The condo was much larger than it appeared in the pictures & was the perfect place for a nice getaway.

We took an employee trip to San Diego and were looking for a place near the beach and close to the bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach, and this place is perfect. The roof top deck was our favorite part of the house offers of both the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. As for location, it is great....the beach is about 100 yards across the street (if that) so it is super convenient. You are right in the middle of Mission Beach with Belmont Park a quick 5-10 minute walk south and the bars in Pacific Beach are about 20 min walk. The property management company that we worked with were fantastic throughout the whole process and it was very smooth and easy to rent from them, A+ service for sure! Overall it was an incredible trip, the condo is super clean and spacious for all your guests with plenty of patio space on all levels to enjoy relaxing outside. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking at being in a nice location with easy access to both Mission and Pacific Beach!

First, the apartment/condo slept our party of five extremely well. I believe you could even get 1-2 more than we had and still be comfortable. Everything was extremely easy, including check-in and out. There were extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and even shampoo and conditioner provided. The management was extremely helpful when I forgot my paperwork at home, and provided me with the information needed quickly. THE LOCATION!!! The location is amazing, with easy access (a 2 minute maximum walk to any of these) food, grocery, liquor store, and most importantly BEACH!!! Also, it is in between the beach and the bay, so fishing would be easily accessible to those who do not care for the beach as much.

I took my wife, 18myo daughter and in-laws down to this place for the 4th and it was everything we needed and more. Comfortable unit with a complete kitchen and a very nice bbq; we were able to cook some amazing meals and enjoy the huge patio. Even though we where next to the street the yard had a nice private wall that kept you out of site from passerby traffic. It was also nice to be centrally located between Belmont Park and the pier. We definitely look forward to coming back again next year!Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
