Everyone always seems to gather in the kitchen and there is no exception here, the large eat-at-bar provides the perfect place to cook and entertain. Features like granite counters, SS appliances, tile floors, and updated lighting are sure to make cooking a breeze. This home accommodates a total of 8 guests (5 adults max) comfortably and offers a first-floor bed & bath. The upstairs oversized bedroom offers a king bed with futon style couch (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom w/ dual vanity, tub/shower combo, and walk-in closet. The lower bedroom features a queen bed, desk/tv space, and is located off the kitchen and the main bath with a walk-in shower. Throughout the home, new updates will make the space light, bright, and inviting while providing touches of warm natural wood and blending a beaching vibe for a comfortable crisp, clean, and contemporary style. After a day of fun in the sun, surf, and sand, this home offers a welcome and relaxing break from the day. Families and groups of all ages will enjoy the comfortable amenities of a well-appointed modern vacation home.
Besides having a ground-level patio, this home has access to an upper roof deck and you will enjoy all the amenities to call this place home during your stay. The main patio on the ground level includes a large 6 person table, a colorful umbrella for shaded relaxation, and provides a propane grill with turf landscape. Interior amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, ample kitchen cabinetry, spacious closets, smart TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, tile flooring, high ceilings, large windows, and a 1 car garage. There is parking for one vehicle as well (mid to compact automobiles recommended). Just steps to the beach, you will not miss a beat when it comes to life at the beach.

In the event of hurricane or storm, no refunds will be given unless:
▪ The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area".
▪ A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” of
residence.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” refunds will occur as follows:
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay,
coming in only after the Hurricane Warning has been lifted.
▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning period.
If a security deposit is required, then it is NOT applied toward rental payment and is fully refundable within twenty-one (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
If Accidental Damage Protection was purchased, then only claims that are specifically referred to and payable by the Accidental Damage Protection plan will be covered at no additional charge to the guest provided the following provisions are met. Anything outside of this may result in fees, which will be automatically charged.
▪ No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
▪ No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
▪ All debris, rubbish, and trash must be placed in appropriate trash bins outside of the property. Soiled dishes must be cleaned and placed in dish rack and/or cabinets. Dishwasher must be loaded and started on the date of check-out.
▪ All keys are returned to lock box and unit is left locked.
▪ All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
▪ No linens or towels are lost or damaged. We request that all dirty towels be placed on floor in the bathroom.
▪ Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved with written consent. Fees are applicable for early check-in as well as late check-out.
▪ The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

I checked in early in the morning, around 4am and it was easy. It is few steps away from mission beach. I spent mornings, day time and night at beach playing with my family, night soccer on the beach :). I really enjoy d every moment at the property. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a vacation in San Diego Sandy beaches. Belmont park with rides and fun was walkable distance. night life was amazing with so many clubs at a walkable distance.
Having said all the good things, small things that could improve is to have better beach umbrella or shade that could be used on beach, the one provided is not good and large enough for all guests in the home. People will have to rent the larger shade from nearby shops.

Location, location, location. It was great to be able to walk for 30 seconds and be at the beach on the ocean side or walk for 2 - 3 minutes and be at the beach on the bay.

Had such a great time visiting San Diego! The house was in a perfect location, beach in one direction and bay in the other. House was clean, spacious, and very beachy! Short walking distance to restaurants and Belmont Park. We loved the lower patio & sunset cocktails! Management company was great to work with as well.
