The captain's room offers a queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, mirrored large closet, and private balcony. Your deckhands will feel right at home in the second bedroom featuring a twin over full bunk bed. The rest of the crew will drift off in the third bedroom featuring a queen bed for some needed R&R. All throughout deep ocean blue fabrics and warm natural wood furnishings are blended with modern industrial touches to create a comfortably crisp, clean and contemporary vibe. After a day of fun in the sun, surf and sand, this home offers a welcome and relaxing respite from the bustle of the beach. The playfully nautical bathrooms will delight visiting children while the adults enjoy the comfortable amenities of a well-appointed modern vacation home.
Besides having a ground level private patio, you will enjoy all the amenities to call this place home during your stay. The main patio on the ground level includes large, colorful umbrellas for shaded relaxation and provides a gas grill with lush greenery. Interior amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, ample kitchen cabinetry, spacious closets, smart TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, lux vinyl wood plank flooring, high ceilings, large windows, and a skylight. There is parking for one vehicle as well (mid to compact automobiles recommended). Just steps to the bay, you will not miss a beat when it comes to life at the beach.

In the event of hurricane or storm, no refunds will be given unless:
▪ The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area".
▪ A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” of
residence.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” refunds will occur as follows:
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay,
coming in only after the Hurricane Warning has been lifted.
▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning period.
If a security deposit is required, then it is NOT applied toward rental payment and is fully refundable within twenty-one (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
If Accidental Damage Protection was purchased, then only claims that are specifically referred to and payable by the Accidental Damage Protection plan will be covered at no additional charge to the guest provided the following provisions are met. Anything outside of this may result in fees, which will be automatically charged.
▪ No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
▪ No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
▪ All debris, rubbish, and trash must be placed in appropriate trash bins outside of the property. Soiled dishes must be cleaned and placed in dish rack and/or cabinets. Dishwasher must be loaded and started on the date of check-out.
▪ All keys are returned to lock box and unit is left locked.
▪ All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
▪ No linens or towels are lost or damaged. We request that all dirty towels be placed on floor in the bathroom.
▪ Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved with written consent. Fees are applicable for early check-in as well as late check-out.
▪ The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in this beautiful place. You could see the beach to your right and the bay to your left, when standing out on the front sidewalk! The parking was pretty snug and the photo of the townhouse itself is a little misleading, as we did not have access to the balconies shown. But this place is great! We walked to the bay and the beach every day and in the evenings to watch the sunset… it’s that close. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the front patio was perfect for having meals outside and taking in the ocean air and the sunshine. We will be back! (Maybe without all of the kids and grandkids next time… ha!)

There is a unit above Sea Serenity. I missed this detail when booking. You do hear the neighbors upstairs walking around. Sea Serenity was very comfortable for our 5 adults. The location is great. A 3 minute walk to life guard tower #17 and 30 seconds to the bay for viewing of fireworks. Each room had a fan so not having A/C at the beach is NOT a problem! The outdoor grill was fantastic, better than expected and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was tight but my full-sized 4-door sedan just fit. We rented better chairs than the home provided. There were plenty of beach towels. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located between the bay and beach and although it’s a lively neighborhood the house is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay here and we look forward to our next trip back!

Had such a great time visiting San Diego! The house was in a perfect location, beach in one direction and bay in the other. House was clean, big, and very beachy! Short walking distance to restaurants and Belmont Park. The decks are perfect for sunset cocktails! Management company was great to work with as well.
