This single-story modern-day beach cottage has been renovated from top to bottom and offers a laid-back beach vibe with all the modern amenities. Enjoy some peace and quiet in this open concept layout featuring new kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, eat-at-bar, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cafe-style dinette for dining in! The living room has hardwood floors and a breezy vibe with eye-pleasing color pops and a large, comfy sectional sofa. There are three bedrooms with airy beach/nautical decor and the master bedroom even has a comfy king-sized bed. The bathroom, like the kitchen, has been remodeled in crisp, clean black and white checkerboard flooring with subway tile backsplash and has a full tub and ceramic pedestal sink.
Although we know most of your time will be spent outside at the beach when it is time to dust of that sand & relax, this place cannot be beaten. The over-sized fence patio is where you will continue your outdoor fun, grilling, and playing games or watching the sunset over the ocean. The beach itself is visible from the patio fenceline, with a short pathway between two beach houses to lead you to sand and surf.
Being steps away from the famous boardwalk of Mission Beach can be amusing enough, but don't forget you can always just walk over to Mission Bay to enjoy the calm as well as an abundance of water activities. If the beach or bay is not enough, then lucky you because this bungalow is centrally located.

This property is also close to both Hwy 8 and I-5 for ease of access to North County and destinations such as Legoland and SD Zoo Safari Park, Carlsbad Premium Outlets and the Flower Fields!

This home sleeps 6 comfortably in beds and is a walking distance to restaurants, shops, Belmont Park and other attractions of San Diego’s Mission Beach. The spacious ground floor living area has an open-concept which includes a kitchen/dining area, family room which itself opens to a tiled patio with picnic table and shared gas grill. Upstairs enjoy three bedrooms which include an oversized room with two queen beds, a room with one full and single bunk combo, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and private patio on the bay. Each bedroom provides ample closet space for your stay. In addition, there are two remodeled full bathrooms with huge stand-up showers upstairs and a half-bath below. The décor is contemporary, clean and crisp.
If you are looking to be right on the bay but want some peace and quiet, then this South Mission home is for you! The property opens right onto the sands of Mission Bay where residents and vacationers alike enjoy year-round water sports. If your plans include adventures on the water, be sure to check out Mission Bay Water Sports for your water sports rental needs! Scattered along Mission Drive you will find a lively array of shops, eateries, and other establishments to delight and intrigue you. Mission Beach itself is just a couple homes to the west where you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean view and partake in the time-honored fun of people-watching on eclectic Ocean Front Walk by foot, bike, rollerblade or skateboard. Numerous shops along Mission Drive offer rentals for your wheeled needs as well.

In the event of hurricane or storm, no refunds will be given unless:
▪ The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area".
▪ A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” of
residence.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” refunds will occur as follows:
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay,
coming in only after the Hurricane Warning has been lifted.
▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning period.
If a security deposit is required, then it is NOT applied toward rental payment and is fully refundable within twenty-one (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
If Accidental Damage Protection was purchased, then only claims that are specifically referred to and payable by the Accidental Damage Protection plan will be covered at no additional charge to the guest provided the following provisions are met. Anything outside of this may result in fees, which will be automatically charged.
▪ No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
▪ No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
▪ All debris, rubbish, and trash must be placed in appropriate trash bins outside of the property. Soiled dishes must be cleaned and placed in dish rack and/or cabinets. Dishwasher must be loaded and started on the date of check-out.
▪ All keys are returned to lock box and unit is left locked.
▪ All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
▪ No linens or towels are lost or damaged. We request that all dirty towels be placed on floor in the bathroom.
▪ Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved with written consent. Fees are applicable for early check-in as well as late check-out.
▪ The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

Great place for family beach vacation!

The home is just as they describe, small but private. No-one above and or below. Great location with just a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately the house surfaces just felt sticky. ( counters, floors, ect.)Most rental properties in the courts have some beach equipment for use. Everything was rusted broken or just unusable.

It’s just a few steps from Mission Beach and Belmont Park. Perfect for people who want to spend a lot of time at the beach. Highly recommend!
